Use cases and public-sector references

European Parliament & European Commission

Deployment of LinTO for real-time multilingual automatic transcription and translation of debates, plenary sessions and institutional meetings. 1,100 rooms equipped at the European Commission since 2024, covering the 24 official languages of the Union, with immediate access via QR code or URL from a laptop or a smartphone, without installation or interpreter. At the European Parliament, LinTO Cloud makes sessions accessible in real time to both on-site and remote participants, with automatic summaries by sovereign LLM, all hosted in France on sovereign infrastructure. A single technology building block enables both European institutions to lift the language barrier at continental scale.

Ille-et-Vilaine Departmental Council (CD35)

End-to-end support around OpenRAG and LinTO: deployment of an internal document management RAG (deliberations, reports, agreements) queryable in natural language, automatic transcription of meetings, commissions and sessions of the Departmental Assembly with generation of structured minutes, and team acculturation to AI issues. 25 test sessions conducted with 24 agents across 3 departments, with excellent adoption on common queries and a structured action plan for complex queries. An end-to-end response to the documentary needs of a local authority, without dependency on a non-sovereign cloud.

Grand Paris Seine Ouest (GPSO), with Le Comptoir des Signaux

Assistance-to-contracting-authority mission on 6 generative AI use cases (PLUi chatbot, meeting minutes, HR, deliberations…). LINAGORA acts as technical expert alongside Le Comptoir des Signaux, running framing workshops, presenting RAG demonstrations and contributing to the experimentation protocol.
